Sele Odigie

My work spans Move smart contracts, Rust indexers, and the React frontends built on top of them. I move between these layers comfortably, and I've spent 3+ years doing it across DeFi protocols, developer tooling, and Web3 infrastructure.

I trained as a mechatronics engineer, with hands-on academic and project work across CAD modelling and finite element analysis (FEA). That grounding in systems thinking, mechanical design, and structured problem solving shapes how I architect every contract, indexer, and product I ship today.

Right now I'm shipping Deeplens, a trading hub on Sui backed by a grant from the Sui Foundation. Before that I got a custom polling indexer merged into iota-rust-sdk, and built DeFi rails on IOTA in Move.

I also write deep technical pieces on Sui internals and Move design patterns on Substack. Based in Lagos, Nigeria. Open for new work.
